The effect that activates when this card is Special Summoned does not target.
The effect that activates during your Standby Phase targets 1 Normal Monster in your Graveyard. The “Dragon-Type monsters you currently control cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects until the end of the next turn.” effect of “Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon” activates even if it’s Special Summoned by “Call of the Haunted”. Also, the effect does activate even if it’s Special Summoned during the opponent’s turn. If a Dragon-Type monster that was affected by the effect of “Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon” is banished to Special Summon “D.D. Sprite” and later that Dragon-Type monster returns to the field, the effect of “Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon” is no longer applied on that monster. If a Dragon-Type monster that was affected by the effect of “Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon” is flipped face-down by “Book of Eclipse” and later that Dragon-Type monster is flipped face-up, the effect of “Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon” is no longer applied on that monster. The “Dragon-Type monsters you currently control cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects until the end of the next turn.” effect of “Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon” is only applied to the face-up Dragon-Type monsters you control (including “Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon” itself) when the effect resolves.
